Your orders with Statewide Office Furniture

Please note that Statewide is currently operating on reduced staff and with extra safety protocols in place, in line with government requirements and lockdowns of specific Sydney LGAs. While this is resulting in longer lead times, we’re sure you’d agree this is better than a non-operational factory.

Lead Times

The temporary reduction of staff and increased difficulty of transport has caused our lead time to increase. We are currently estimating 40 working days from date of order for most orders. We are unable to offer a priority service at this time as all customers are impacted equally. We are working to reduce this where possible.

Pickups

The current government mandates require that all visitors check in using our QR Code, wear face masks and maintain social distance when collecting goods.

Our 3 warehouses remain open for contactless collection.

In NSW, collections can occur during the following times:

  • Mon – Thurs: 7.00am to 3.00pm
  • Fri: 7.00am to 12.00pm
  • Sat – Sun: Closed (as usual)

In Victoria and Queensland you must notify us in advance for pickups, and contactless deliveries are still going ahead.

Freight

Please note that depending on your location, freight may also be impacted by border closures, restrictions and reduced volume to certain areas which limits the frequency of trucks.
