Pre-Christmas Cut Off Information

Hello everyone,

It’s been another exciting and productive year at Statewide and we would like to extend our warmest thanks to everyone for your ongoing support. It’s not easy being an Australian manufacturer and without you, we wouldn’t be able to continue on as we do.

We are coming close to the end of another calendar year and it’s time to let you all know in advance our pre-Christmas cut-off’s and closure dates. To ensure there’s no confusion or upset customers, please be sure to put these dates in your calendar.

22/11/2017 Pre-Christmas Cut-Off

All stock item orders placed on or before 22/11/2017 will be delivered to Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney before our holiday closure. Custom orders or large orders may not qualify, please be sure to check with the Sydney office before placing the order if you are unsure.

20/12/2017 Last day of work for Statewide employees until 2018

Our Brisbane and Melbourne warehouses will be closed as well as our Sydney plant and offices, after this date.

8/1/2018 Office staff return to work in NSW

Orders can be entered and confirmed but no production. There may be limited pickup options available for Sydney only.

15/1/2018 Melbourne and Brisbane Warehouse Reopen for pickup and delivery

Pickups and deliveries resume as per our standard pickup schedule.

22/1/2018 Production commences

Orders will be processed in “date received” order, meaning the oldest orders will be made as a priority to ensure those customers waiting the longest will have their items as quickly as possible.
Depending on production volume, orders placed in the New Year may have an unavoidable delay, however we will communicate this at the time of placing the order and on our website.
